“Symbiosis: Crab Chronicle” invites you to see Penang from a new perspective—through the eyes of its smallest, most resilient inhabitants.This immersive VR experience guides you on an ecological journey from rainforest to shoreline, led by iconic crab species native to (and invasive in) Penang. Inspired by fieldwork with local fisherfolk, the project explores themes of biodiversity, land reclamation, and human impact—placing crabs at the heart of the story.
