The Whiteaways Arcade is wholly owned by PPB Group Berhad and is managed by the Group’s property division – PPB Properties. It has built a sterling reputation for crafting high-value, thoughtfully-designed residential, retail and commercial spaces.

It also carries out property development for Megah Rise in Petaling Jaya, while managing several properties, including The Linc in Kuala Lumpur and Southern Marina Residences in Iskandar Puteri, Johor.
A newly restored heritage building strategically located on Beach Street, which today houses various retail outlets, quaint cafes, restaurants, cosy offices and a tourist information centre.
